Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix buttermilk, sour cream, and vanilla.

- Pour the batter into a greased Bundt pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
