Description

Kendal Mint Cake is a simple yet energizing confection made primarily of sugar and peppermint oil, renowned for its quick energy-boosting properties, particularly favored by athletes and explorers.


Ingredients

  • 500g Sugar
  • 200g Glucose Syrup
  • 5-10ml Peppermint Oil


Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar and glucose syrup over low heat until melted.

  3. Pour the mixture into a greased tray and allow to cool.
  4. Once set, cut into bars for easy consumption.
