- 500g sugar
- 50ml peppermint oil
- 250ml water
- 200g glucose
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, water, and glucose.
- Heat the mixture until it reaches a soft-ball stage and then allow it to cool slightly.
- Add the peppermint oil and stir thoroughly.
- Pour the mixture into a mold and let it set until solid.
- Cut into squares and package for adventure!
