Description

A high-energy snack, perfect for climbers and adventurers, packed with sugar and peppermint for a quick boost.


Ingredients

  • 500g sugar
  • 50ml peppermint oil
  • 250ml water
  • 200g glucose


Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar, water, and glucose.
  2. Heat the mixture until it reaches a soft-ball stage and then allow it to cool slightly.
  3. Add the peppermint oil and stir thoroughly.
  4. Pour the mixture into a mold and let it set until solid.
  5. Cut into squares and package for adventure!
