Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chunks
- 1/2 cup oats
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
- Add the vanilla extract and egg, mixing until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until blended.
- Fold in the chocolate chunks and oats.
- Drop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
