Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chunks
  • 1/2 cup oats


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and egg, mixing until combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until blended.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chunks and oats.
  7. Drop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
