Delicious and convenient boneless chicken wings, breaded and fried to perfection.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken breast, cut into wing-sized pieces
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Your choice of sauces (e.g., buffalo, BBQ)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix flour, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken piece in the beaten eggs, then coat in the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Add the coated chicken pieces to the hot oil, frying in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and toss in your favorite sauce before serving.
Notes
Serve with celery sticks and ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
