Description

Delicious and convenient boneless chicken wings, breaded and fried to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken breast, cut into wing-sized pieces
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Your choice of sauces (e.g., buffalo, BBQ)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Dip each chicken piece in the beaten eggs, then coat in the flour mixture.
  3. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Add the coated chicken pieces to the hot oil, frying in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  5. Drain on paper towels and toss in your favorite sauce before serving.

Notes

Serve with celery sticks and ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
